Web animation

Boutique web studio that brings static designs into the browser with natural motion and micro-interactions, with page-load performance tuned from real project experience.

Every website project at Perxel is its own operating problem. Some clients want brand storytelling, like Tam Coc Garden or Sun DMD. Some partners put stability and polish first, like REE, Long An International Port or RMIT. And some want both, like Huynchi or Tuan Loc Commodities.

After years of serving clients across many industries and countries at large agencies, Perxel balances these needs with real experience of the web. That shows up as the technical feedback that is needed when working with the designer from the very first steps. Static designs reach the browser through motion and micro-interactions that add depth to the site while keeping its performance intact.

Three core values

Balancing art and operation

Perxel understands what each brand needs. It balances the brand story against the stability and polish a large company expects, and delivers interaction that fits the context.

Technical feedback where it is needed

Perxel works closely with the designer from the Figma sketch stage. It gives feedback on whether a motion is feasible, handles gaps in the design and proposes responsive behaviour.

A flexible choice of technology

Perxel does not depend on one tool. It mixes GSAP, CSS, plain JavaScript and lean libraries as the project needs, and even writes its own code for a project so the site loads as fast as it can.

Flexible tools, a lean codebase

Complex 2D motion is built with GSAP for precise control of the timeline. But instead of leaning on a single tool, Perxel's advantage is using different solutions as a project requires.

For basic motion, Perxel prefers CSS animation or plain JavaScript to keep the site as light as possible. In many cases an ultra-lean library such as motion is chosen to protect page-load performance.

For projects that need the most performance and no extra code, Perxel builds its own animation libraries, such as cuajs (motion) and scroll-snooper (scroll interaction), shared publicly on GitHub.

For animated illustrations such as icons, Perxel uses Lottie: the files are light, sharp and can take the brand colours.

Compatibility from experience

Testing on a wide range of real mobile devices is an important quality standard in the industry, and it keeps the display consistent. Perxel's experience across hundreds of varied projects means it knows which effect pairs with which technique, so a website displays steadily in most browsers and on most users' devices.

Perxel always sets up responsive animation with care. It adjusts or simplifies effects automatically when a device has limited hardware, to avoid stutter and overheating, so scrolling feels natural.
